Costumes and performance for a piece by Meg Stuart at HAU Hebbel am Ufer, Berlin, Centre Pompidou, Ashkal Alwan, Münchner Kammerspiele, Kaai Theather, MuseumsQuartier Wien, Gessnerallee, VIERNULVIER, BUDA, Holland Festival, Ruhrtriennale (2013)
Sketches/Notebook is a performance experience that brings together different artists to co-create a framework for interdisciplinary forms of collaboration. In real time, performers, visual artists and a musician share the space. Their sensibilities and skills surround the audience with a lively world of light, music, objects, and gestures. Claudia Hill designs the costumes and additionally performs live on stage. Keywords such as ‘crystal cave’ and ‘origami reflection’, as well as the mythological figure of the Wild Man form the point of departure for her contribution to this collective space of exploration.
