Clothes-making that adds a playful touch to refined, minimal forms
The shop carries the label that Claudia Hill, who studied fashion and design in New York, where she had gone to study dance, started under her own name in 1998, together with “The Number After 10”, a T-shirt line she develops in collaboration with the photographer Ariko Inaoka. “Fashion is not just something for making yourself look pretty; it is one way of changing the way you perceive things,” she says. A conceptual shop in which the care taken over display and fixtures is plain to see: a fitting room made out of shirts, dress forms hung from above.
The contrast between the clothes suspended on wire and the tree branches is exquisite. A shop put together with great flair by someone who understands the character of her own label well. Among Berlin’s generally plain shops, this fitting room, made by joining shirts together, is full of playfulness.

ワイヤーで吊り下げられた洋服と木の枝のコントラストが絶妙。自分 のブランドの特色をよくわかっているセンスあふれる店作り全体的 に地味なベルリンのショップの中にあって、このシャツを繫ぎ合わせて 作られた拭着室はかなり遊び心たっぷり
